Our Story
Built on real life.
We met and fell in love at Bountiful High — go Braves. Now, 25 years, two kids, and a whole lot of life later, family is still everything to us. That, and trying to make a little difference in the world.
We're travel junkies at heart. Switzerland, Italy, Caribbean, Norway, Brazil — basically anywhere with adventure (warm weather and a great beaches are a bonus!) We're also big fans of the outdoors: hiking, biking, boating, scuba diving, and pretending to enjoy running.
Utah is home base, but we've lived in Brazil, London, and Tokyo. Jared grew up across Ecuador, Peru, Mexico, and Germany. Somewhere along the way we picked up Portuguese and Spanish, and a deep, genuine love for this beautifully diverse world.
Our Turo business lets us connect with amazing people from all over. Whether you're here for work, play, or both — we hope your time in Utah is memorable, and leaves you wanting more.
The Journey
From one car to a fleet.
What started as an experiment with a single vehicle on Turo grew into a full co-hosting operation — one vehicle, one 5-star review, one great guest at a time.
Step 1
First vehicle listed
It started with one car and a simple idea — put an idle asset to work. The first listing went live on Turo and the results were immediate.
Step 2
All-Star Host earned
Jared lists the first vehicle on Turo as a side experiment. First booking comes in within 48 hours. Five stars. They were hooked.
Step 3
Co-hosting program launched
Demand grew fast. So did the opportunity to help other car owners do the same. The co-hosting program was born — helping others earn while we handle the work.
Step 4
Fleet reaches 10+ vehicles
What started as one car quickly became a full fleet. Ten vehicles, multiple owners, one proven system keeping it all running smoothly.
Step 5
Peak Auto Rentals
The brand became official. Peak Auto Rentals was built to represent everything we stand for — reliability, transparency, and effortless earning for every host.
